Herbivorous

Millions and millions of years ago, dinosaurs roamed the earth. Some of them ate meat, some of them plants, and others ate both. Herbivores were the ones that only ate plants. The term herbivorous can apply to creatures other than just dinosaurs. Any creature can be considered an herbivore. Dinosaurs such as stegosaurs could be considered herbivores because they only eat plants. They are not a direct threat to other dinosaurs and they do not hunt or stalk their food. They are usually peaceful and harmless.
